Cancel a game

Cancelling a table you've created follows clear rules. The earlier you give notice, the less you hurt the people signed up and the better it sits on your record.

How to cancel

Open the detail of your table and hit Cancel session. You confirm and that's it: every signed-up person (players and waitlist) gets an instant notification and email.

Penalty-free deadlines

If you cancel with more than 48h notice before the scheduled time, there's no penalty. It's the safe window: use it whenever you can.

What happens with attendees

Attendees find out right away. If they had the cancellation email turned on, it lands in their inbox immediately. Giving notice early shows, and people appreciate it.

Late cancellation

Cancelling with less than 48h counts as a late cancellation: it adds 1 to your overall record and to your recent counter as a host. On the third one we block you 7 days from creating new sessions.

Leaving someone else's game

If you want to drop out of a session you joined, do it from its detail with Leave. With more than 24h notice it's free; with less it counts as a no-show.
