Reliability
How the reliability system works
Every user has a traffic light based on their no-shows and late cancellations. Keeping it green is easy: turn up to the games you join and let people know early if you can't.
How is your reliability calculated?
Your reliability comes from two counters: no-shows (when you're marked as absent) and late cancellations (when you cancel a table you created with less than 48h notice). The traffic light reflects the higher of the two.
The traffic light: green, yellow or red
0-2 → green, trusted. 3-5 → yellow, heads-up but no block. 6+ → red, high risk: the host gets a heads-up when you join their table and can reject or remove you.
What happens when you're marked as a no-show?
If you don't show up or leave with less than 24h notice, it counts as a no-show. Your no-show counter goes up by 1 (out of 3). On the third one we block you 7 days from joining new sessions.
The temporary block
During the 7-day block you can't join new sessions. On top of that, any sessions that fall within the block are freed up: the ones you created get cancelled (we notify the people signed up) and you're removed from the ones you'd joined. Sessions after the block ends stay put. You'll get an email with the exact date it lifts.
How to recover your reliability
Play 10 sessions in a row without a no-show and your overall counter drops by 1. Your clean streak resets and another cycle starts. Patience and consistency: no shortcuts.
Think it's an error?
If you think an absence was unfair, contact us with the session ID and we'll review it.
